Notification

The Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 was adopted on 24 March 2016 and entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016. However, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law entitled „Entry into Force“, the following provisions of the Law: Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 entered into force on 7 October 2016. The aim of the Law is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the privacy of personal life, when processing personal data, as well as to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, and the principles and procedures that must be followed. With this document, Wellness Montenegro informs visitors, and the „Protection of Personal Data and Permission for Sharing Personal Data“ is made available for review.
